Here we go folks with another Fox Chassis Swap....its a 5.0 BUT I am going to run EFI on this setup.

Here is my cluster, Moster Tach on the left side, Fuel Gauge in the middel (no more PRND21). I have a 120mph Fairmont Cop car speedo will go in this cluster soon.

Here is a shot of my fuel pump pickup, I added a 3/8" tube for the supply line and I'll use the stock 5/16" line for the fuel return.

Installing the ECU is not all the fun for sure! If you look at the picture you'll see a nice size hole has to be cut in the pass. side kick panel for it to fit.

How to seal the hole back up you say? Well goto Home Depo and get some of this gutter tape. It has a tar like backing and it sticks like glue to almost anything. Its flexable and easy to use, sealed that hole up really well I must say!

It fits like a glove now, the kick panel will go back on without sticking out.

PS Make sure you watch out for your rear brake line that passes by, it can be pulled away to give to enough room to make the hole and test fit. Just push it back into place when done. Oh yeah, I would recommend you pull the dash and heater box out for this project.

Ok, I want to run AC on Code Blue....so this means installing an evaporator core from a Mustang. The reason for this is because if you want to run the late mod Mustang brackets, the Fairmont AC pump and lines will not work.
I found the the Mustang evp. is smaller than a Monts by about 1" 1/2. As you can see from the pics, this is what I did to make up the lack of space inside the heater/AC box. You'll also see that the lines come through the firewall different than a Monts.
I cut a new hole in the foam and plugged the others with some black RTV. Seems to fit very well!
Also make sure you get the accumulator tank holding bracket that is mounted by the 2 heater/AC studs.

Progress has been slow but Code Blue runs now! Sounds SWEET with open headers :o)
I spent the better half of about 3 weeks going over wiring charts to hook all this up. This is my first EFI conversion and its been a pain at times but its nice just hitting the key and she starts right up! NICE...

Everthing is installed under the hood and it all fits like a glove.

I mounted the fuel pump using a block of wood to help control some of the noise...this MSD pump is pretty loud but it gets the job done.

The car is completed, I did all the bodywork and paint to the car. This car has turned out to be a really sweet ride! Enjoy the pics! Greg
